Out-of-Box Workstation

This is just the perfect workstation because it doesn’t need too much space due the fact that it’s crammed into a box. The Mumbai-based design team, Planet 3 Studios, came up with the “Out-of-Box” workstation which features 2 desks and a lot of storage space among others.

Integrated PC Workspace

Sync Desk

Designer Gareth Battensby unveiled the Sync Desktop, a desktop with integrated PC and fold-away screen. The keyboard is not fixed in the desk, because then it would have seemed more like a laptop, but when the LCD is lifted, in it’s place remains an open space specially made for the keyboard.

Sync Desk

The Sync Desktop includes a built in USB hub, mouse, scanner, webcam, DVD unit, and it can be converted into a regular desk whenever needed. Beside the aesthetic aspect, this may prove to be one of the most space-efficient PC desks ever made.

Office Space In Nendo’s Vision

Office By Nendo

The Japanese guys from Nendo have designed an office space near Meguro river in Tokyo and they made something really innovative with it. The walls were cut away almost down to the floor and now the employees can walk easier through the office and that makes me wonder what will happen with their privacy, but why would they need it while working?

Office By Nendo

The design was inspired from waves and from clothes because it looks like a sag clothing held between your arms. We were talking about some privacy, but I think that it’s available only for the “big chiefs” and it consists of a plastic material which is sound-proof. I guess it will be nice to work in this office.

Laptop In A Desk

DesCom

Here is an idea for you, your laptop and your desk. DesCom was designed by Sung-kyu Nam and it consists of a laptop integrated in a desk. The concept looks very cool just because that Samsung fits perfectly into the desk and the surface is so neat. Being the first of its kind and already looking astonishing, I expect more from other future design. Don’t know what ideas to bring about, but I guess that other PC accessories are welcomed.
